One Stop Shop from conception and design to building and installation. We are a privately owned Welding and Fabrication Company who pride ourselves on our quality of service, customer commitment and craftsmanship.

We are a highly flexible company, whether it is one-offs, a limited production run, or a large volume production run, a small welding repair or complex design and fabrication we can help.

Possessing the necessary skill level and facilities to tackle an entire spectrum of products and services, we can offer bespoke and batch production services to suit almost all customer requirements.

Our location is ideally situated to encompass the whole of the south coast and southern England with our expertise. We have customers throughout the whole of this region and beyond.
 

Design & Build Service

We work with Autocad and other CAD packages to produce good sound designs. we can also build to your own drawings.

 

​Coded Welding BS EN 287

We are coded to BS EN 287 in MMA (stick welding) all positions. Also coded to the same level for MIG welding. Should we not have a coding for a particular job we will get that coding.

 

​Installation

Installation of all our work is made possible by our expert fitters. We will deliver to site and fit in acorrdance with your timescales.

 

Site Welding

We have the ability to perform all types of site welding, cutting and drilling. All our equipment is checked frequently and conforms to HSE requirements.

​

 

​Contract Welding

Fabricating large runs of products is not a problem for our workshop. We welcome enquiries for any type of contract.

​

 

MIG, TIG, FCAW, MMA (arc welding)

Our workshop and site vehicles are kitted out for most of the popular types of welding. MIG, TIG, FCAW (Flux Core) and MMA (stick welding)

CAD Section

 

We have a Computer Aided Design Section where we can offer 3D Detailing and Modelling with Tecla, Strudac and Solid Works Software which can be/are interfaced with modern profiling, drilling machines and other equipment at our workshop and to material suppliers.
